Yes, I do for most of my works. But for some of my drawings I use Photoshop(I downloaded the 30 day trial) when I feel the need for smoother line art.

Gimp is goood to color draws
But i draw to that what i do @ school where i study for
I'll Make a draw to and post it and color it

Actually it should be smaller to show that it is farther away, because when you see someone from the side their eyes don't look the same size do they?
