First Impression [15/20]
Your background is very impressive. Even though it looks weird, it looks impressive. The pink, the weird pink makes it looks good. It is also creative that you put the really dark shade of purple, then you slowly lightened it, then you finally ended up with bright pink. You have a really creative background.
Catagories & Forum [10/20]
You have a lot of categories with only one forum under it, you should make your category names general, not too specific. For example, updates you can make into Forum Rules, Announcements, and More or something like that. Just make it a little more general than updates. You have a good amount of forums, but categories that are too specific.
Graphics [10/20]
Banner:The banner is great, but when I hovered my mouse over it, I didn't like that effect right away. You should remove the effect of making the banner blurry whenever you hover your cursor over the banner. There is some message that guests won't like, and they can't exit it. You should really remove it or just move it somewhere else because the message can't be closed down. That makes it unable to see your whole banner.
Navigation Bar:Your navagation bar is perfect. The only problem it has is that it is all the way to the right. You should center it and put the navigation bar under the banner, not above it. It is great how you made the words get onto a block when hovered over. It is really awesome to see that.
Images & Icons:The image icons for the forums I really don't like. It's either making all of the forums have their own little image icon, or none of them. The planet earth image from the who is online is really cool to see. You did a great job on deciding to make that image. The images of the quick links are also neat. They are sort of like when Club Fair Share used to have that. The only difference is that you need to make them all glossy, some look like if they are simply cartoonish.
Usergroups [6/20]
You only have a moderator group and a Frosty group which I assume is an administrator group. You should try to think up of more groups like tutors that teach members or something related to that. Only two groups is not good.
Forum Activity [6/20]
Number of Post & Users:You have a very little amount of users. You should start advertising the best you can not only in the best forum which is Club Fair Share, but also in another forums. You only have thirty five messages which is very little too. You should also tell your member to get active, and you should make a lot of topics to encourage your members to post a reply to some of your topics. There is only two users that are active forum, that isn't very impressive if you think about it.
User Active:There is only two active users in your forum, you should really make your other half of users to start posting and get active. Your members really probably don't really care about the forum. It is most likely a new forum, you should start out advertising like in Google, and other free places to advertise. You should also advertise in forums like this one, or forums that were meant for advertising.
How You Can Improve Your Site: You should have more active members and more members, and read the full forum review for more tips.
