The first great thing about the forum is the excellent banner. It is perfectly decorated for Christmas. A small thing I suggest fixing is to take away all the words except for the words "Club Fair Share". That's a small fix just for the whole forum so it could look amazing. The navigation bar looks written neatly straight from your writing. The snow balls make the decorations shine. Another great thing about the forum is that every forum and sub-forum has an image icon. The role play is great to have some fun and kill a lot of free time while you can. You only have three advertising services. That is perfect because you didn't make this forum all about advertising and the people who join this forum will love advertising in a simple way. It is a good idea to have a forum basket, that is the most important part especially when it comes to spammers. The promotion code idea is a great way to refer a friend without cheating. Another small problem is that the "Who's online?" button is a bit too big. You should just make it smaller by using any image minimizer. You sorted out the sub-forums correctly in the proper category, it makes the forum look simple and great. This forum is so neat, it even has a help section for people who need help in anything. Members will love this help section. You did a good job on doing the descriptions for all the categories and forums. You did a great job on not using "News & Announcements", instead you used the name "Front Desk" which is really neat. The chat box looks good near the top of the forum instead of the bottom. Good job on arranging the chat box's spot. Another neat thing about the forum is the forum guide. New members will never get lost when they read it throughly. The Cash is another good idea because you didn't use something like points. You were creative and put Cash. You have a good amount of users in each staff usergroup. Too much staff is not good because two Moderators are enough to moderate a forum this popular. Good job on keeping your forum appropriate. Some members in this forum are small, and they will not learn bad words thanks to your members. When I browsed through all the categories and forums, I saw that the Moderators are doing their job correctly. The countdown until Christmas is convenient because members will know how many days until it is Christmas day. Overall, your forum is great and popular. Good luck on your forum in the future!

First Impression 20/20]
The banner is the best thing in the forum. All you have to do is take all the words away except for the forum title. The category icons also are glossy and they look very professional. The navigation bar looks impressive also. It is spaced out perfectly. I also see that your forum is one color which also impressed me. Your forum impresses me a lot.
Catagories & Forum [20/20]
You have a lot of categories and forums. They are all organized and the forums are put in the correct category. Although when you go to the homepage there is a little bit of categories, when you browse through each one of those categories you will see that there is a lot of forums. They are all organized and make sense. You were creative in the category names. The descriptions are also very creative.
Graphics [20/20]
Banner:The banner is one of the best graphics in the forum. It looks like the old one only now that it is decorated for the Christmas holiday. The banner is perfectly big enough to click on very easily to go on the forum homepage. The bad thing about the banner is that you need to take away the words from it except for the forum title. Other than that, it is very well done.
Navigation Bar:The navigation bar is spaced out and written neatly. You can easily read each and every button. Clicking on the correct one is now possible because they are space out perfectly. The color of the navigation bar buttons match the rest of the forum too.
Images & Icons:Every forum and category has their own icon. It looks great. The images are glossy too. If you go browse the forum, you will see the beauty of all the images made neatly.
Usergroups [20/20]
You have the perfect amount of usergroups, they are all common except for a few which are rare. You have some hidden usergroups which is great so their identity would be hidden. The VIP group is one of the greatest usergroup you have done. Members would be recognized with their VIP membership.
Forum Activity [20/20]
Number of Post & Users:You have a lot of posts and a bunch of registered members. Most of the posts were made by you and some members helped you a lot. Your users are very helpful and they are nice and follow the rules.
User Active:I can see that a lot of your users are very active. A lot of them seem like they love the forum and can't depart it. Some users just visit the forum once in a while while a couple of users keep the forum living by posting a lot and being very good.
