1Cannot post new topics in News Room? Empty Cannot post new topics in News Room? Sat 02 Jan 2010, 10:14 am

Well, I am a reporter as you know. I, well, need to post new topics for new news.

But I look at permissions at the bottom of the page and it says:
You cannot make new topics,
You can post replies to topics.

So I try it, and sure enough, I can't make new topics there! If I can't make new topics I can't make new news reports! Someone please help!
